

Pranic Purification — Part 2 (This Is Where The Real Work Begins)
If you completed Part 1, you already know something important Purification alone is not transformation.
Yes, you may feel lighter.
More aware.
More sensitive.
You may have observed your thoughts more clearly, felt energy more deeply, or noticed emotional patterns becoming visible.
But now the real question begins:
Can you HOLD your PRANA consciously?
Can you direct it?
Can you stabilize your inner state even when life becomes intense?
Can you stop the unconscious leakage happening through thoughts, emotions, reactions, distractions, compulsive habits, and scattered living?
This is where Part 2 begins
Part 1 was about clearing the vessel.
Part 2 is about learning how to fill it correctly, direct it consciously, and stop losing energy unconsciously.
Most people today have energy but no direction. They feel motivated one day and empty the next.
Focused in the morning and mentally collapsed by evening.
Calm during practice but reactive throughout the day.
Why?
Because their PRANA is still moving unconsciously.
In Part 2, we begin working directly with this.
This is not just about doing techniques.
This is about changing the way your system functions.
Real yoga was never meant to remain only physical or temporary.
Its purpose was transformation of the entire human mechanism.
Part 2 is the bridge between purification and transformation. And this is why personal guidance now becomes important.
Because once energy starts opening, direction becomes essential.
Without direction, even purified energy disperses again into old patterns.
