Desk Yoga: Start by sitting tall in your chair with feet flat on the floor. Inhale, lengthen the spine, and reach the arms overhead. Exhale, lower the arms, and twist gently to one side, placing one hand on the back of the chair and the other on the opposite knee. Hold for a few breaths, then repeat on the other side.

Seated Forward Fold: Sit towards the front of your chair with feet hip-width apart. Inhale, lengthen the spine, and exhale, hinge forward from the hips, folding over your legs. Hold for a few breaths, then slowly roll back up to a seated position.

Chair Pigeon Pose: Sit tall in your chair with feet flat on the floor. Cross one ankle over the opposite knee, flexing the foot to protect the knee joint. Keep the spine long as you gently press the bent knee towards the floor, feeling a stretch in the outer hip. Hold for a few breaths, then switch sides.

Standing Forward Fold: Stand behind your chair with feet hip-width apart. Inhale, lengthen the spine, and exhale, hinge forward from the hips, folding over your legs. Use the back of the chair for support if needed. Hold for a few breaths, then slowly roll back up to standing.

Desk Shoulder Opener: Stand facing your desk with feet hip-width apart. Place your hands on the edge of the desk, shoulder-width apart. Walk your feet back until your body forms an L shape. Relax your head and neck, allowing your chest to melt towards the floor. Hold for a few breaths, then slowly walk your feet back in.

Deep Breathing: Take a moment to sit quietly and focus on your breath. Inhale deeply through the nose, filling the lungs with air, and exhale slowly through the mouth. Repeat for several rounds, allowing each breath to calm the mind and relax the body.

Incorporating these simple yoga practices into your workday can help alleviate stress, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being, making you a happier and more productive employee.
